Important Due Dates for Companies

– For One Person Companies (OPCs): September 27, 2025 (within 180 days of financial year-end)

– Form MGT-7/Form MGT-7A (Annual Return):

– For regular companies: November 28, 2025 (within 60 days of AGM)
